Little Star hopes you will be delighted with your order!  However in the event you not completely satisfied all of our products carry a full money back guarantee (apart from customised products which are made to order).  You have the right to return your products within 14 days from receipt of your goods. You must provide notice of cancellation in writing and it must be emailed to us: littlestarglittertattoos@gmail.com

To return an item:

1. Please call us on 01298 77412 or email us at littlestarglittertattoos@gmail.com to arrange a return.

2. All goods returned must be in perfect condition, unopened and unused (We are sorry but due to distance selling regulations used cosmetic items cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged or incorrect).

3. Please ensure the item is wrapped securely and returned in its original packaging where possible. 

4. Please attach a photo of your receipt, full name, address, telephone number and a note with your request for exchange or refund.

5. Please keep evidence of proof of postage from the post office, if the package is lost on route you will need to make a claim with the post office (we suggest you send the package via recorded delivery).

6. Once we have received the goods we will notify you via email  The goods will then be checked for damage / use and if unused we will refund your original payment (minus the postage if applicable) and using the original payment method within 30 working days.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
